A new build house situated in a densely wooded area off Kingston Hill, Surrey.

The proposal calls for the complete demolition of an existing brick house in favour of a low-build, contemporary design-led home with 7000 SqF of living space.

The outer walls are glazed with full height sliding glass screens ensuring a holistic relationship with the natural world outside.

Large entertainment and eating areas occupy the ground floor with two bedrooms located at the rear end of the house. Outside areas have been designed to include a covered swimming pool, which borders a walled garden. Terraces extend from the house culminating in an al-fresco seating area. There is a discreet parking area with direct access to the house.

A master bedroom and two further bedrooms occupy the first floor along with a library and AV Room. Large terraces stretch out into the treetops.
