The complete refurbishment of an existing 1970s office building located in the City of Londonís financial district.

The two facades were extensively remodeled, simplified and clad in stone to ensure a contemporary look to the building. A full-length glazed extension was integrated into the fifth floor plate. A further extension at sixth floor level serves as a meeting room and overlooks a landscaped terrace accessible by way of full height sliding glass doors.

The Moorgate entrance was transferred from its previous location to create balance and symmetry to the elevation while ensuring an improved internal arrangement. The prominence of the entrance is enhanced by the introduction of a stainless steel cantilevered canopy over the glass entrance doors.

First to fifth floors provided for over 25,000 SqF of Grade A offices with the Ground and Lower Ground Floors designated for both retail and reception use.

All the core and common areas were refurbished to a high specification throughout.
