A 1950s bank was remodeled both inside and out to serve as the new headquarters for a leading diamond dealer.
The primary goal was to create 15,000 SqF of natural lit, contemporary office space wrapping around two new atria.
The main entrance, stair and lift cores were relocated to improve the efficiency of the floor plates. The ground floor window openings were enlarged and limestone was introduced to both the faÁade and exterior landscaping enhancing the firmís corporate identity.
At roof level, a new, glazed extension serves as a link to the adjacent building at roof level.
