We believe in a strong relationship between the strategy of a project and its precise detail. From the early stages, continuous drawing and material sampling will occur. We encourage model making as a primary tool in developing spatial forms. This is an important part of our investigation into massing, light & shade, materials, colour and transparency.

We want to ensure a smooth building cycle from start to finish. While the design evolves, we will be building our Team and choosing the external partners that are most appropriate for the particular project. We will also start liaising with the relevant authorities and gaining the required permissions where necessary.

Our most invaluable design partner will be our client. We will involve them throughout the design process, and keep them informed throughout the planning and building stages. We are committed to providing strong leadership of the design team in order to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and as painlessly as possible.
